In addition, a non-refundable IBEC annual membership fee of <strong>50 USD<\/strong> is mandatory for all attendees. For each accepted paper, at least one author needs to pay one full registration fee by <strong>November 15, 2025<\/strong> at the latest to be scheduled for the conference presentation.
